Mission and Purpose

Mission Statement 

The Mission of Generation Red Road, Inc. is to revitalize and promote inter-generational healing by utilizing Indigenous teachings that provide harmony for individuals, families and communities. 

Purpose 

Generation Red Road is a Native American/Alaskan Native/Indigenous non-profit exclusively developed for charitable, educational and technical assistance purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. 

Generation Red Road shall not be operated for the private gain of any person. The property of the corporation is irrevocably dedicated to its educational and charitable purposes. No part of the assets, receipts, or net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributed to any individual. The corporation may, however, pay reasonable compensation for services rendered, and make other payments and distributions consistent with these By-Laws. 

Generation Red Road Primary Purposes:

1. To promote the mission of Generation Red Road by providing evidence-based practices and technical assistance to Indigenous Communities. 

2. Ensure that our services are accessible with opportunities to provide training & technical assistance to Indigenous communities within the U.S. and internationally 

3. Collaborate with stakeholders and other community providers to develop program objectives and technical assistance needed to promote the safety and well-being of our community.
